No. A CMA is a real estate agent's opinion of a likely price range based on comparable sales. An appraisal is done by a licensed appraiser, often for a lender.
What if my home is already listed with another agent?
I'll respect your current agreement. Please talk with your listing agent about pricing while that agreement is in place.
