Fair housing notice
Federal, New York State and local laws prohibit discrimination in the sale, rental or financing of housing. Under New York law, that includes discrimination based on race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military status, familial status, lawful source of income, and other protected classes.
Real estate brokers and salespeople may not discriminate against any person, and may not accept a listing or follow instructions that would discriminate.

If you believe you have been discriminated against, you may file a complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York State Department of State, or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
